More About K9Sports
K9Sports of Tennessee was founded in 2003 in response to the growing popularity of Dog Agility and the need for a competitions and events open to mixed and pure bred dogs. The first goals of the club was to bring USDAA trials to middle Tennessee and now the October trial, held indoors at the Ag Expo Center in Franklin, is the largest show in the state.
In June 2005, K9sports held its first Toy Dog of America show for dogs measuring 17 inches or less. These small dogs use smaller scale equipment and tighter courses. From there in 2007 the club joined in a venture with Mid South Australian Shepherd Club to hold our first ASCA trial. In 2008 NADAC was added to the mix.
We continue to grow and expand dog agility trialing opportunities for dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes with many events held through out the year. Make sure to check out the trial and events page to see when the next show is.
